The Netherlands Chamber of Commerce Australia (NCCA) and Invest Victoria, in collaboration with the Dutch Sport & Smart Cities PIB delegation, are pleased to host a networking breakfast bringing together Dutch and Australian stakeholders from the sport, technology, innovation and urban development sectors.
The breakfast is organised as part of the Dutch Government's Partners for International Business (PIB) programme, which supports Dutch companies and knowledge institutions in developing international markets and building long-term partnerships.
The event will provide an opportunity to connect the Dutch delegation with Victoria's sport, innovation and business ecosystem, exchange knowledge and explore opportunities for future collaboration and partnerships.
We see this breakfast as the starting point for a broader and longer-term dialogue between the Netherlands and Victoria.
“Building healthier communities and future cities through sport, creativity and innovation”
The Netherlands is positioning itself towards Brisbane 2032 as a creative and innovative partner, working alongside Australia to develop healthier, more inclusive and future-ready sport and living environments. The ambition is not simply to contribute to the delivery of a successful sporting event, but to use Brisbane 2032 as a catalyst for long-term collaboration, innovation and societal impact. The PIB brings together Dutch expertise in areas such as human-centred sport innovation, data and AI, preventive health, sustainable urban development and public-private collaboration, alongside Australia’s strong sporting culture, international event experience, scale and local expertise.
